WHAT'S INCLUDED IN EACH TREASURE HUNT
Over
the years
we have developed a common package that is incorporated into all our Treasure Hunts.
Each tailor made or ordinary Treasure Hunt includes the following common
elements.
An event manager and host who will
brief the teams prior to the event and who will mark the sheets at the end and
then announce the scores and the winners.
A laminated sheet of "Rules and
Pointers" that clearly explains
how our Treasure Hunts are structured. It also
gives an emergency phone number so that the teams can contact the event manager
should anything go wrong or, God forbid, they get lost on the Treasure Hunt!
A laminated sheet of cryptic clues.
These Treasure Hunt sheets can be printed to incorporate your company name, logo and even sales
message.
A laminated sheet of observation
questions pertaining to information and items passed on each of our Treasure
Hunts.
A
laminated sheet entitled "PHOTO CHALLENGE." This shows images of places and
items passed en route during the Treasure Hunt. Each one has been photographed from
an unusual angle.
A laminated sheet of Scavenger
challenges.
These are items that the teams must bring back with them at the end of the Treasure Hunt.
Permanent
ink pens for writing the answers onto the laminated sheets.
In
addition you
have the choice of including our fun and extremely popular POSER challenge
in all Treasure Hunts. Each Treasure Hunt team is give an instant camera and set the challenge of obtaining
photographs of their team members in some unusual, even bizarre, poses. The
cameras used are quality Fuji Instax Cameras. You get to keep the photos at the
end of the event, or we can copy them onto a CD for you to e-mail them to
participants!
Although the above format is one that we feel we have honed to perfection it is, of course, merely a suggestion. Remember we are flexible and can follow your brief to create events and Treasure Hunts that YOU want.
