Self Managed Treasure Hunts (basic package including 4 packs) £140.00 .

Fully Managed off the shelf treasure hunt (basic package includes 6 packs) £550.

Bespoke Treasure Hunt to start and end where you specify £850. This includes 6 packs as well as planning and managing the event.

Bespoke self managed treasure hunt (includes four treasure hunt packs) £550.

Our keen pricing in no way impacts upon our quality and service.

Whilst our treasure hunts offer value for money, this doesn't mean they are cheap. In fact we are innovators in the London treasure hunt business.

For example we pioneered the extremely popular self-managed treasure hunt concept. This has proved to be a market leader and our clients often email us to say how delighted they were with both the price, the product and the level of service they received. Just because it is self managed doesn't actually mean you're on your own!

You can phone us, and we'll happily talk you through the routes and help iron out any problems you might encounter. We keep a close eye on all our treasure hunt routes in London so, should something change between us sending you the packs and the day on which you intend to do your London treasure hunt we can notify you and, if necessary, even replace the packs free of charge.

So although you are managing the event yourself you are most certainly not on your own but have the backing of our friendly and knowledgeable customer service representatives to ensure that your day runs smoothly.

So how much do our  self managed London Treasure Hunts Cost?

Our ever popular self managed packages cost just  just £140.

For this  you get sent four packs (sufficient for four teams) together with all the necessary directions for operating and managing your event.

Additional team packs are available at a cost of £16.50  per team.

The answers are provided in a sealed envelope so that the person who arranges the treasure hunt is able to participate.

To be honest, with smaller groups of up to 30 people as long as you feel confident enough, or have somebody who can deal with the group, the self managed treasure hunts are a breeze to operate. Everything the teams need to participate in the activity is provided in their team wallet. You, or your designated delegate, simply has hand the wallets out at the start of the London treasure hunt and then open the envelope of answers at the end of the quest to read out the answers. That's all there is to it!

How much does a managed treasure hunt in London cost?

Should you wish us to manage the event for you our charges begin at £550.

For this you get six packs (sufficient for six teams). 

Additional team packs are available at a cost of £16.50.

You can also add a pose round to the treasure hunt. This costs £16.50 and for this we provide each team with a camera with which they must get photographs of their team members achieving a sequence of challenging (not to say bizarre! poses. This round is great fun and has the added element of giving the participants a record of their treasure hunt to take a way with them.

Our treasure hunt manager then meets the teams, briefs them on what lies ahead and keeps an eye on them as they go round the route. In addition the teams have constant mobile phone contact with the event manager who can then come riding to the rescue, lone-ranger like, should they encounter any difficulties!

The event manager then meets the teams at the end of their treasure hunt, marks the sheets and announces the scores as well as leading the applause (or otherwise!) for the winning team.

Bespoke Treasure Hunts anywhere in the UK

If you would like us to tailor a treasure hunt to your exact requirements, starting and ending at locations that you specify, then our charges begin at £950 for a managed events.

This includes all the elements of the standard managed packages, but you can also add or have us create any rounds that might appeal to you.

For example one client in wanted us to plan all the clues in such away that the answers spelt out the name of the chairman of their company who was going to be on the treasure hunt, but who was to remain blissfully unaware that his name was to be the ultimate goal of each team.

Tailor made self managed London treasure hunts

Our final service is the bespoke self managed option, which costs. £500.

This includes every aspect of the managed tailor made managed package but means you manage the vent yourself. every  The cost of this service includes 4 packs, (sufficient for four teams)

Additional team packs are available at a cost of £16.50 per team.
