Includes 4 packs, enough for 4 teams to participate.

MANAGED TREASURE HUNTS
FROM £550 FOR UP TO 8 TEAMS

Includes an Event Manager to meet the teams, brief the teams, keep an eye on the teams throughout the event (teams will have mobile phone contact with the Event Manager throughout), mark the sheets at the end and announcing the scores and the winning team.

TAILOR MADE BESPOKE TREASURE HUNTS

Includes writing a treasure hunt to your exact specifications. You can set the start and finish points and choose a theme or the area that the Treasure Hunt will cover.

OUR KEEN PRICING IN NO WAY IMPACTS ON OUR QUALITY

Whilst our treasure hunts offer value for money, this doesn't mean they are cheap. In fact we are innovators in the London treasure hunt business.

For example we pioneered the extremely popular self-managed treasure hunt concept. This has proved to be a market leader and our clients often email us to say how delighted they were with both the price, the product and the level of service they received. Just because it is self managed doesn't actually mean you're on your own!

You can phone us, and we'll happily talk you through the routes and help iron out any problems you might encounter. We keep a close eye on all our treasure hunt routes in London so, should something change between us sending you the packs and the day on which you intend to do your London treasure hunt we can notify you and, if necessary, even replace the packs free of charge.

So although you are managing the event yourself you are most certainly not on your own but have the backing of our friendly and knowledgeable customer service representatives to ensure that your day runs smoothly.

THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN MANAGED AND SELF MANAGED

The only real differences between your event being managed by yourself and it being managed by us are in the costing and operation. For a managed event we bring the packs to you on the day and our Event Manager looks after the entire event from start to finish. With the self-managed option you take over this aspect of the treasure hunt.

To be honest, with smaller groups of up to 30 people as long as you feel confident enough, or have somebody who can deal with the group, the self managed treasure hunts are a breeze to operate.

Everything the teams need to participate in the activity is provided in their team wallet. You, or your designated delegate, simply hands the wallets out at the start of the London treasure hunt and then open the envelope of answers at the end of the quest to read out the answers.

That's all there is to it!

Even marking is simple as we suggest that teams just switch wallets and mark each other answers.
